What we record, and why

This page covers the website boloboss.com, the BoloBoss live demo and the BoloBoss app. It explains, in plain words, what we record when you visit or use BoloBoss, why we record it, and how you can ask us to see, correct or remove your details.

What we record on this website

• Your visit: the pages you open and the buttons you tap (for example "See the live demo" or "Chat on WhatsApp").
• Where you came from: the website or link that brought you here, including campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source) and ad click ids from Google, Facebook or Microsoft ads.
• Your device: the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), your browser details and your internet (IP) address.
• A visitor id: a random code saved in your browser so we can tell one visit from the next. It is not a cookie and it does not contain your name or number.
• If you ask for a call back: your name, mobile number, type of business and city.
• If you open the live demo: your mobile number, which you confirm with a one-time code.

Voice entries in the BoloBoss app

When you speak or type an entry (for example a sale), BoloBoss turns your voice into text. To understand some sentences better, we may send the text of that sentence to an AI service provider, which tells us which words are the customer, the products, the quantities and the rates. We send only the sentence and your type of business. We do not send the voice recording, your customer or product lists, balances or phone numbers. Nothing is saved from it until you check the entry and press Save.

Why we record it

• To call you back and show you BoloBoss, as you asked.
• To understand which links, campaigns and pages bring people to BoloBoss, so we can improve them.
• To pay the partners who refer new customers to us, based on the links they share.
• To keep the website and the demo safe from spam and misuse.

What we don’t do

• We don’t use cookies on this website.
• We don’t use third-party trackers or advertising pixels. Everything above is recorded by BoloBoss itself.
• We don’t sell your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep these records. If you want your details removed, ask us and we will remove them.
